Q – Are your macarons gulten free? A – Yes! Please note, our kitchen is not 100% gluten free which may affect anyone with a severe allergy

Q – Do you macarons contain nuts or dairy? A – Yes – all macaron shells have an almond meal base and flavours can contain other nuts.  All of our fillings contain dairy.

Q – How long do macarons last? A – We recommend they are best eaten within 4 days from receipt, which is when their texture is at its best

Q – How do I keep macarons? A – They are best kept in the fridge, in an air-tight container

Q – Where are you based? A – Christchurch, New Zealand

Q – Do you send your macarons around New Zealand? A – Yes, we have been couriering our macarons for 6 years and have developed a method to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Q – How much does it cost to courier macarons? A – For 1 – 3 dozen, $9 South Island & $13.95 North Island, for 4 – 16 dozen $18 South Island & $27 North Island
